Seems like we overpaid


It may be a good hire but not sure the level of raise is justified and especially putting her in the top tier of ACC coaches. In general I am in favor of spending more on coaches and facilities etc for Olympic sports but just seems like this salary bump is a little higher than justified and / or needed.
